Provide high-level administrative support to executive and chief-level Medical Group leaders
Manage complex and dynamic calendars, meetings, and priorities with precision and discretion
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, executive communications, and correspondence that reflect a high standard of professionalism
Serve as a primary liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and confidentiality
Demonstrate strong executive presence by welcoming visitors, coordinating travel, and representing leadership in a polished, professional manner
Support operational and financial processes, including invoice processing, timekeeping, and budget tracking
Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and leadership priorities as assigned
Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and best practices
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Completion of a program in secretarial science or related field preferred
Four years clerical or secretarial experience required
Expertise in international travel is preferred but not required.
