Adhere to strict compliance guidelines and scripts to ensure accuracy in all communications
Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions
Meet performance targets, including call volume and successful vote collection
Accurately document call outcomes and shareholder responses in the system

Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
Call centre, telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is preferred
Ability to follow scripts and adhere to compliance guidelines with precision
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and capability to navigate multiple systems during calls
Professional, reliable, and courteous demeanor
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
