Role Overview
- Provide telephone assistance on behalf of a government entity
- Answer citizen informational needs
- Assist people with questions related to administrative document renewal processes
- Schedule in-centre appointments
- Direct citizens to another service if needed
- Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality
Requirements
- Speak English fluently
- French fluency is an asset
- Ability to be available during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST)
- Ability to work from the Moncton centre if required
- High-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS
- Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
