About this role
Role Overview
- Technical leadership of a small development team
- Further development of the backend architecture using Kotlin and PostgreSQL
- Maintenance and enhancement of complex modules
- Support for design concepts, code reviews and development questions
- Implementation of containerization solutions with Docker
- Introduction and optimization of automated CI/CD pipelines
- Building and operating modern monitoring with the Grafana stack (Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Pyroscope)
Requirements
- Degree in a scientific discipline (PhD welcome)
- Several years of experience in backend development, ideally with Kotlin (or Java) and PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of containerized environments with Docker
- Deep knowledge of containerization and CI/CD processes
- Experience providing technical guidance to a small team
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills
