Role Overview
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Perform OASIS assessments and ongoing re-evaluations
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and caregivers for continued success at home
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP license (unrestricted)
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within coverage area
