Ensure proper management of service invoices related to European contracts (~€3M per month)
Verify invoices received from various service providers (~150 invoices/month)
Handle dispute management when needed and maintain relationships with suppliers
Receive and validate invoices in the different systems
Create and track purchase orders
Report to the TEM manager
Contribute to smooth service operations and collaborate with various business units in an international environment

Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program in management control / finance
Understanding of corporate finance environment and related terminology
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Knowledge of Oracle and SAP
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
