Role Overview
- Identify and prepare data sources
- Provide data to other departments, visualize data, and create dashboards and reports
- Maintain and further develop existing data infrastructure
- Ensure that data is stable, traceable, and of high quality
- Build data pipelines and models
- Support data analyses and ensure correct interpretation
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the data domain, preferably in a startup or small team
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with data stack tools such as Airflow and dbt, and with a data warehouse (e.g., ClickHouse)
- Solid understanding of data models, pipelines, data quality, and infrastructure
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and proactive manner
- Fluent in German and English
