Build and sustain trust-based relationships with C-suite and senior executives.
Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with client priorities and organizational objectives.
Leverage data and insights to diagnose challenges, identify opportunities, and communicate recommendations through compelling narratives.
Interpret financial performance metrics and business drivers to inform strategy, measure impact, and ensure alignment with value creation objectives.
Partner across internal business units to align solutions and resources around client needs.
Facilitate productive executive-level discussions that shape direction and accelerate decision-making.
Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen client relationships, cross-sell services, and expand revenue.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related) desired.
7 or more years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of direct, accountable experience making and influencing supply chain decisions within hospitals/health systems.
Proven success building and managing executive client relationships and driving performance improvement.
Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.
Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills with demonstrated executive presence.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
