Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager

Role Overview

• Responsible for ensuring supplier quality, quality regulatory compliance, and robust processes through supplier development, audits, risk management, and quality systems oversight
• Lead Supplier Quality Management according to DTNA expectations
• Ensure suppliers meet all internal quality expectations, industry regulations, and compliance standards while driving continuous improvement and reducing related risks
• Identify risks related to supplier performance, compliance and quality gaps
• Develop supplier scorecards, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Act as the liaison between the Project Director and internal/external stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and follow up with team members to ensure adherence to schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in supplier quality, regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of QMS
• English level: Advance C1+
