Lead and manage multiple complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and time.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Conduct regular status meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Utilize a basic understanding of cloud technologies, virtualization, and networking to effectively communicate with technical teams and clients.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions are implemented according to client specifications and agreed design.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to optimize team performance.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
Proactively address issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.
Prepare and present project status reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics, to stakeholders and senior management.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and change requests.
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, in computer-related field
Degree level qualification, preferably in a technical subject, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in a technical industry preferred (IT, telecommunications or data centers.)
Expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet required
Experience with SFDC, ServiceNow and Siebel is desirable
Strong command of Dutch and English is a must, communication in additional languages is highly valuable
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of internal and external customers
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work and adapt in rapidly changing environment
Customer service focused
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, handle highly confidential information, and a self-starter attitude
Strong process orientation and analytical and deductive reasoning skills
