People Manager – Focus Recruiting

Role Overview

• Responsible for the entire recruiting process and for developing targeted recruiting strategies for all roles.
• Active sourcing, data-driven job posting management, and selection/evaluation of the most effective recruiting channels.
• Close collaboration with department heads and building and maintaining a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Shaping the recruiting and people strategy, including optimizing and standardizing core HR, recruiting, and administrative processes.
• Contributing to employer branding initiatives and people & culture projects such as onboarding, employee retention, and HR KPIs.
• Actively participating in the establishment and further development of a scalable People Department.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, or equivalent experience in recruiting/HR.
• Several years of recruiting experience – ideally in a tech/SaaS environment or in a fast-growing startup.
• Strong expertise in active sourcing, conducting interviews, and selection procedures.
• Interest in HR generalist topics as well as basic knowledge of employment law and HR administration.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to confidently support stakeholders.
• Independent, proactive working style and excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Fluent German and strong English skills.
