Responsible for the entire recruiting process and for developing targeted recruiting strategies for all roles.
Active sourcing, data-driven job posting management, and selection/evaluation of the most effective recruiting channels.
Close collaboration with department heads and building and maintaining a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Shaping the recruiting and people strategy, including optimizing and standardizing core HR, recruiting, and administrative processes.
Contributing to employer branding initiatives and people & culture projects such as onboarding, employee retention, and HR KPIs.
Actively participating in the establishment and further development of a scalable People Department.
Requirements
Degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, or equivalent experience in recruiting/HR.
Several years of recruiting experience – ideally in a tech/SaaS environment or in a fast-growing startup.
Strong expertise in active sourcing, conducting interviews, and selection procedures.
Interest in HR generalist topics as well as basic knowledge of employment law and HR administration.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to confidently support stakeholders.
Independent, proactive working style and excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Fluent German and strong English skills.
