Responsible for planning, executing, and managing medium
to large-scale business and digital projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, quality, and business objectives.
Focused on improving efficiency through automation and digital solutions.
Lead full project management: scope definition, planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and change control.
Coordinate stakeholders (business, IT, vendors, compliance) and maintain clear, timely communication.
Apply project management methodologies (traditional and agile) and ensure governance, reporting, and risk control.
Measure and report project and efficiency KPIs.

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in project management; relevant experience in digital and automation projects.
Strong knowledge of project management: planning, schedule control, cost estimation, risk management, and scope control.
Preferred: PMP certification ideally required (or in progress); agile certifications, storytelling, innovation.
Experience and familiarity with management and automation tools: MS Project/Smartsheet/Jira, Power Automate, Python, Power BI or similar.
Advanced Excel skills and data handling for KPI tracking.
Language: Native Spanish; advanced English (technical reading and communication with international stakeholders).

Work model: hybrid
Availability for occasional travel within the country/region depending on the project.
