Create and publish compelling, targeted job advertisements that attract the right talent
Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through strategic search methods
Interview and assess shortlisted candidates, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust and results
Deliver tailored recruitment solutions that adapt to clients’ changing needs
Stay closely connected with clients, ensuring satisfaction and continuously refining hiring strategies
Drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities, developing leads, and expanding existing accounts
Requirements
Proven experience in recruiting, ideally within a staffing agency environment
Familiarity with both temporary staffing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) and direct hire processes
Background in recruiting for Finance and IT roles
Existing client and candidate network in these industries is a strong plus
Clear and effective communication skills to engage confidently with candidates, clients, and colleagues
Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Strong negotiation skills to successfully manage offers and agreements
Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple candidates, schedules, and priorities
Solid understanding of the roles you recruit for, including required skills and experience
Native-level German with a good command of English (B2)
