Accountable for execution of the Vet Business Unit (BU) strategy and achievement of business objectives/KPI’s by delivering account specific sales goals.
Identify clinic opportunities and leveraging sales data.
Work cross functionally to grow relevance, access to clinics and Vet recommendation within assigned geography.
Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic operational needs.
Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers within assigned geography.
Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations to address the unique needs of the Veterinary staff.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with Line Manager and routinely adjust the strategies, tactics, and investments based on changing needs to maximize territory performance.
Manage an expense and sales budget. Complete CRM call reports, expense reports and presentations in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B
Veterinary clinic experience preferred
Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written)
Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record
Overnight travel required, occasional weekends for conferences; approximately 20-30%+ travel.
