Develop smart solutions and advise on implementation.
Ensure the integration of AI into existing processes.
Guide clients on the transition to AI-supported, data-driven processes and develop tailored solutions.
Develop AI solutions and integrate software into complex system landscapes — both on-premises and in the cloud.
Prepare and analyze data and integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Support adoption, change management and governance.
Actively contribute to the development of consulting concepts, methodologies, as well as proofs-of-concept and pilot projects.

Proven experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
Experience in software development and in deploying software solutions (on-premises, cloud).
Analytical thinking, a structured working style and the ability to successfully manage complex projects.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and understandably — both internally and to clients.
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning or data science.
Enthusiasm for new technologies and a strong motivation to actively shape AI projects.
Very good German and good English skills.
Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
