Support the team in the role of a (Junior) IT Consultant by receiving, analyzing, and handling incident, service, and change requests in a Managed Services environment
Communicate with customers, colleagues and partners as part of day-to-day operations
Contribute to monitoring and optimizing our customers' environments
Maintain monitoring systems and handlers
Perform and document regular maintenance tasks in server environments according to instructions
Assist in planning and executing installations and deployments
Contribute to creating and maintaining technical operations documentation
Support customer IT projects in the areas of infrastructure and data management
Requirements
Basic understanding of operating IT systems and server environments, as well as knowledge of on-premises and hybrid IT infrastructures
Completed technical training (e.g., IT specialist) or degree, or comparable initial professional experience in the server/infrastructure area
Interest in monitoring, maintaining and stabilizing IT systems
Basic knowledge of working with databases (e.g., SQL-based)
Interest in business intelligence, reporting, or data-warehouse topics
Basic technical understanding of scripting or automation concepts
Awareness of operational and security requirements
You work in a service-oriented, careful and independent manner, are a team player, and are open to new topics, technologies and change
Very good German (C-level) and good English skills
