Build campaigns tied to key esports moments, including tournaments, roster announcements, and partner activations.
Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from planning through execution and completion.
Coordinate with content, social, and production teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at a high standard.
Handle multiple campaigns across different titles and priorities.
Work across content, partnerships, and commercial teams to align on campaign goals and deliverables.
Define success metrics and evaluate campaign performance across platforms.
Build campaigns that reflect the interests and behaviors of esports audiences.
Contribute feedback and apply best practices to improve campaign planning, workflows, and execution.

5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
Experience managing campaigns from planning through execution.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working across multiple functions (content, social, partnerships, etc.).
Ability to use data to evaluate performance and guide direction.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Interest in esports, gaming, or digital content.
Ability to travel internationally (up to 10%) for tournaments, events, and key activations.
