Business Developer Assistant – Internship

Role Overview

• Recruit and onboard future sellers: Identify, pitch and negotiate with prospects to convince them to become partners.
• Support merchant growth: Manage a portfolio of merchants, develop strategies for their growth, and maximize their satisfaction.
• Analysis and optimization: Monitor merchant KPIs and propose improvement actions to ensure sustainable growth.
• Strategic collaboration: Work closely with merchants to identify their needs and offer high-value solutions.

Requirements

• Background from a business school or equivalent university education.
• A first significant experience in commercial relations and e-commerce is a plus.
• Proficiency in prospecting, negotiation, and presenting to decision-makers.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel.
• Native Spanish and fluent English (French is a plus).
