Monitor and resolve incidents in Production and UAT environments swiftly and effectively to minimize downtime.
Provide technical expertise on sub-systems such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, and VMx to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Testing, and Support to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop technical solution design documents based on comprehensive understanding of client requirements.
Offer functional and technical guidance to team members and stakeholders, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
Facilitate issue resolution through detailed analysis, troubleshooting, and timely fixes.
Support deployment, stabilization, and post-implementation activities to ensure the ongoing reliability of solutions.
Maintain high-level comprehension of all VisionPlus subsystems and batch processing workflows to optimize system performance.

4 to 10 years of experience as a VisionPlus Developer, Support, or Lead.
Proven expertise with Vision Plus modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, VMx) in a support or development capacity.
Experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and problem resolution in mainframe environments.
Industry experience within banking, financial services, or payment processing preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
Mainframe or related technology certifications are desirable.
