Role Overview
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Connex solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement reliable and scalable software solutions within the Connex platform.
- Participate fully in the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support and resolve issues related to Connex applications.
- Design new features and contribute to the architecture of existing systems to improve performance, compliance, and usability.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to relevant industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and innovation in payment processing solutions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7-15 years experience in software development with a focus on Connex solutions and HPE Nonstop systems.
- Proven track record in implementing high-volume, secure payment processing applications within the financial services sector.
- Experience working with payment scheme regulations, message formats, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated success in delivering robust technical solutions in complex environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
- Certifications related to payment systems, software development, or Connex systems are preferred.
