About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for achieving and sustaining high levels of service performance, including On-Time delivery (ORDD), Case Fill Rate (CFR), and Distribution Forecast Accuracy
Monitor and analyze service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Own end-to-end CPFR, leading forecast collaboration, order reconciliation, and joint business planning (JBP) execution for assigned categories
Coordinate weekly CPFR/exception reviews, reconcile customer forecasts vs. company plans, and drive agreed corrective actions to closure
Monitor and action forecast alerts, investigating and resolving variances outside ±15% of M-1 and M-2 forecasts within defined SLA
Partner with sales, demand planning, and the customer to update plans and orders
Drive measurable forecast improvements, aiming for a +2-5% Forecast Accuracy (F/A) lift vs. baseline by 2026
Accountable for On-Time delivery (ORDD) and Case Fill Rate targets, investigating service drivers and implementing corrective actions
Manage distributor/customer performance reviews and scorecards, identifying areas for improvement
Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma methods to reduce supply loss and stockouts
Document processes and procedures, enabling knowledge transfer and coaching junior analysts to scale CPFR capability
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with a focus on CPFR, forecasting, and service management
Proven track record of driving service excellence and improving forecast accuracy
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with data analysis and visualization tools
