About this role
Role Overview
Maintain a professional and mature demeanor during interactions with internal and external customers
Design and develop effective methods to track high priority actions for projects and programs
Locate, assemble and prepare all written presentation material using multiple data sources
Coordinate administrative and logistical details associated with day to day operations
Perform complex administrative duties including travel arrangements and expense reports
Anticipate and compile materials for conferences and meetings
Generate Oracle and data reports, format and communicate them to departmental personnel
Organize and archive/file records and documents
Retrieve files and records to support departmental requests
Share work focusing on division priorities and cover for absences
Work autonomously
Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office software/products
Requirements
Must be US citizens due to DoD requirements
Must be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance
High School graduate with completion of business school training or its equivalent
Two years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
Highly proficient in all Microsoft office products
