Manage the overall accounting and tax activities for the holding company
Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation
Maintain and update the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals, and depreciation calculations
Prepare and monitor the cash forecast to ensure adequate liquidity
Perform revaluation of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and other payables/receivables
Record and monitor prepaid expenses and ensure accurate amortization schedules
Record and track accrued expenses and accrued assistance revenue to ensure proper period matching
Reconcile PND50 with PP30 to ensure consistency and accuracy in tax filings
Review and update the AR provision in accordance with company policy and accounting standards
Prepare and submit ICO declarations and support intercompany reconciliations
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare supporting schedules for audit
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other external parties as required
Carry out other duties as assigned by management

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a holding or corporate environment
Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards and local tax regulations
Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication skills in Thai and English
