Role Overview
- Lead the Design Control Excellence US Subchapter
- Ensure the delivery of process support activities in alignment with stakeholders
- Organize work packages within assigned timelines, budgets, and resources
- Manage working relationships and project-related interactions with R&D Networks and other global and local functions
- Drive efforts to gain efficiency within development projects
- Identify, communicate, manage, and escalate project issues and risks in a timely manner
- Design and optimize team members’ personal professional journeys
- Hire and train new staff
- Lead process enhancement activities
- Lead and integrate organizational change management activities
- Contribute to the overall success of Roche Diagnostics by implementing key aspects of DCE’s strategy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in natural or engineering sciences
- At least 8 years of industry experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a diagnostics development environment
- Proven track record of successful line management experience
- Deep experience in Diagnostics product development activities
- Thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems
- Broad knowledge of R&D and related processes
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to navigate a changing organization
- Respect for differences of opinion, fairness, open communication, and consensus-building skills.
