Product Manager, Palliative Care

Role Overview

• Support the development and execution of product strategies
• Collaborate with clinical, product, value realization, tech and engineering, program management, and data insights and analytics teams
• Gather and document requirements, ensuring clear specifications
• Oversee agile product development focusing on timely delivery
• Foster relationships across teams for effective communication
• Track KPIs to assess success and guide enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Social Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience OR four (4) additional years of directly related experience
• Seven (7) years of experience in product management or related roles
• Certifications in product management or Agile methodologies (e.g., APM, PO/PM, SAFe)
