About this role

Support the day‑to‑day operation of hybrid compute and EUC platforms
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and FSLogix configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Help maintain and update golden images and standardized VM templates
Contribute to Infrastructure as Code efforts using Terraform and Packer under guidance
Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
Follow automation‑first and self‑service principles, helping reduce manual work where possible
Document processes, update runbooks, and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Foundational knowledge of on‑prem virtualization (Hyper‑V / Azure Local; VMware exposure is a plus)
Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop and FSLogix, or a strong willingness to learn them
Knowledge of structuring work in tools like Jira and Confluence
An interest in automation, Infrastructure as Code, and platform engineering practices
Understanding of or willingness to learn security/governance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR)
Ability to follow established designs and standards, with a mindset focused on consistency and simplification
Curiosity, reliability, and a desire to grow into more advanced platform responsibilities.
