Role Overview
- Work throughout the work cycle until the implementation of the solution
- Participate in finding the solution and follow up on solution execution
- Provide technical direction and support to the local recycle vendor
- Collaborate closely with BU, FSO, and Sales teams
- Demonstrate strong customer management skills and drive alignment across teams
Requirements
- Identify complex problems and needs at the customer site
- Lead recipe creation to optimize system performance
- Train PSE/AEs' in recipe creation
- Application qualification of new technologies/features
- Participate in Customer Demo Activities
- Create new methodologies to optimize system performance
- Analyze and transfer new application capabilities
- Engage with customers to provide technical support
