About this role

Lead end-to-end development of Gen AI solutions including model selection, fine-tuning, and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to identify use cases and deliver scalable Gen AI applications
Architect and implement solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude), multimodal models, and custom pipelines
Drive prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization
Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and responsible model usage
Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a Gen AI Center of Excellence

Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
5 + Years of exp in developing and implementing Gen AI solutions
Experience in domain-specific Gen AI applications (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail)
Hands-on experience with LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, or multimodal AI
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools
Experienced in providing technical solutions and working closely with architecture and dev teams to derive the desired outcome
