Provides leadership and oversight to business operations to assure adherence to all aspects of internal company and external regulatory compliance.
Drives appropriate mechanisms in place to comply with relevant laws and regulations, and adherence to corporate programs and practices.
Works directly with the Electrification Compliance leader, Ombuds Leader, and other stakeholders.
Manage and enhance core compliance programs across Software including risk assessment; socializing policies and procedures; training; communication; monitoring and reporting.
Provide legal and compliance oversight on third-party engagements including customer and channel partner compliance, business and government courtesy expenses, and export controls.
Support independent investigations, managing and/or overseeing investigations into alleged violations of law or company policy.
Analyze and report on trends to enable the organization to respond in a timely and proactive manner

8+ years’ experience in Compliance, law, multinational and corporate legal experience preferably with a background in investigations, cyber-security, regulatory, or international trade compliance
At least 3 years of experience advising software, technology, digital, or industrial businesses in the function
JD is a plus; coupled with license to practice by the applicable state Bar Association
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
