Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients at all relevant levels inside and outside the customer organization
Drive the success of cybersecurity growth plans by motivating and guiding account managers
Position Conscia (and its values) and the full Conscia Managed Cybersecurity Services portfolio in alignment with the customer's specific situation and act as a trusted advisor for the Conscia portfolio
Understand the client's core operational processes and translate them into IT impacts and/or Conscia's Managed Cybersecurity Services, where applicable, by developing targeted account plans
Deliver presentations and defend submitted proposals
Ultimate responsibility for proposal processes and contract closures
Ensure a smooth project handover to the delivery/project team
Stay up to date with Conscia's portfolio knowledge
Provide feedback to product managers to optimize services
Maintain accurate CRM records (product analysis, forecasts, mailing lists, etc.) and report to the Account Management Lead / Sales & Marketing Director
Increase share of wallet within client portfolios by actively collaborating with account managers, enabling the Sales Specialist to take the lead where appropriate
