Role Overview
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for EV charging inquiries
- Drive technical responses for RFIs and RFPs
- Educate customers on features, benefits, and installation best practices
- Collaborate with local and global Sales, Engineering and Product Management teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years in electrical infrastructure or deployment
- Proficient at interpreting electrical site plans and single-line diagrams (SLDs)
- Strong working knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, IEC) and EV-specific standards like CCS, NACS, and OCPP
- Ability to translate complex charger specs into clear, customer-friendly solutions
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
