Manage and grow new and existing customers (approx. 50/50)
Proactive new-customer acquisition in the OEM environment (e.g., semiconductor, life sciences)
Technical design and consulting (drives, axes, etc.)
Preparing quotes and project development
Document sales activities in weekly reports
Actively build and strengthen relationships with key customers, industry associations and technology partners at trade shows to further expand the company’s market position.
Requirements
Degree in a technical field such as Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
At least 3 years of sales experience in drive technology/automation
Experience in motion control, drive technology, automation or servo drives
Strong communication skills and networking ability — you proactively build and sustain relationships
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel
