Lead and deliver change management initiatives across large, complex transformation programs.
Partner closely with business leaders, program sponsors, delivery teams, and stakeholders to manage the people side of change.
Design and deliver end‑to‑end change management strategies aligned with program objectives and client outcomes.
Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses.
Develop and execute change plans covering communications, engagement, training, and adoption.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, program sponsors, and executives.
Create targeted communication strategies and artefacts to support awareness and buy‑in.
Define and track change adoption metrics and success measures.

7+ years of experience in Organisational Change Management, preferably within a consulting environment.
Proven experience delivering change on large‑scale transformation programs.
Strong understanding of structured change methodologies (Prosci / ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior executives.
Ability to work across complex, matrixed organisations and fast‑paced environments.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
Post‑graduate qualifications or change certifications are an advantage.
