Role Overview
Plays a crucial role in managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service
Collaborating with the account manager and processing endorsements
Handling client inquiries, managing cancellations, and addressing return mail
Communicating effectively with insurance companies and customers to fulfill underwriting requirements
Preparing proof of insurance promptly and accurately
Supporting servicing of books of business in collaboration with Account Managers
Requirements
2 years of personal lines experience
State required active licensing (2-20, 20-44 or equivalent)
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision-making skills
High accuracy in handling large work volumes
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High School diploma (or equivalent)
