About this role
Role Overview
- You take on a central and strategic steering role at the interface between customers and development teams
- Lead software projects independently
- Create clarity in complex situations
- Manage expectations and address critical issues
- Choose the appropriate approach (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
- Define goals and manage schedules, budget, and capacity
- Understand our customers' needs and translate them into actionable user stories
- Define sprint goals and organize reviews
Requirements
- Degree or training in business administration, business informatics, eBusiness, project management, or comparable qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in project management or product ownership of IT client projects
- Basic technical understanding and IT affinity
- Proficient with backlogs, user stories, Jira, Confluence, and Miro
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken), very good English skills
