You take responsibility for driving sustainable growth in new customer business.
You develop a robust pipeline and manage multiple complex sales processes in parallel.
You lead decision-making processes with various stakeholders on the customer side — from IT and procurement to management.
You validate our product fit and core USPs in conversations with prospective customers, at trade shows and in presentations.
You prepare, position, and negotiate proposal and contract documents.
You work closely with product development, professional services, and executive management.
You oversee the handover to our project teams and remain a point of contact when it matters.
You provide structured customer and market feedback and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales approach.
Requirements
Degree in a business or technical discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics) or a comparable IT-related qualification
8–10 years of experience in B2B software sales—ideally with complex, consultative solutions (e.g., as an Account Executive, Enterprise Account Manager, Sales Executive, or Solution Sales Manager)
Experience with long sales cycles and managing parallel opportunities
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and accurately
Strong negotiation skills when dealing with multiple stakeholders (IT, business units, management, procurement)
Understanding of value selling and the ability to demonstrably communicate economic benefits
Very good German and business-fluent English
