You are responsible for the technical integrity of the product group and thereby ensure the performance of our solutions both at delivery and throughout their field lifecycle
As a member of the Lead Systems Engineering team and the agile core team, you identify performance trends and potential further-development topics, coordinate these from a technical perspective as part of the Product Owner team, and steer them into the project team
You support Product Management with customer escalations and confidently convert potentially unclear situations into structured work packages for prioritization and management in the team backlog, in which you actively participate
You develop test specifications and processes, balancing the requirements of Service, Development, Manufacturing, System Integration, Quality and Product Management
In doing so, you actively shape the interfaces between the respective sectors across functions and teams
You represent the solutions you define to our internal and external customers
For your product group, you contribute to the technology roadmap over a 3–5 year horizon and help shape priorities for technology pre-development

A very good university degree in engineering or the natural sciences
Several years of experience in the development, implementation or use of mask-review tools
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to structure unclear (customer) situations, balance the interests of different stakeholders and convert them into a shared approach
Strong knowledge of systems engineering methods in the context of semiconductor technology and/or mechanical engineering
High level of understanding and enthusiasm for the interplay of Service, System Integration, module/system testing and product quality
Confident presence with external and internal partners, negotiation skills and strong communication and teamwork abilities
Fluent German and English skills (business-fluent)
