About this role

Programming product and application software for multi-beam electron microscopy
Developing new software solution strategies and algorithms based on existing software
Preparing required documentation
Participating in projects to further develop multi-beam electron microscopes and taking responsibility for subprojects or work packages related to software topics.

Very good university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or a comparable qualification
Good knowledge of object-oriented programming in .NET/C#, multi-threading, and Visual Studio/Azure DevOps
Ideally good knowledge of WPF and WCF technologies, device driver integration, implementation of image-processing algorithms, communication models/protocols, as well as database and client–server applications
Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style
Quick comprehension, good communication skills, strong willingness to learn and commit, and a strong team spirit
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
