About this role

Work proactively with OEM engineering (R&D) department to collect technical inputs to start content authoring
Writing/maintaining technical instructions (Diagnostics/Repair methods/Labor time/User Guides) and illustrations, proof reading the technical publications
Keep close communication with the client to review the developed content to ensure it is accurate and delivered as scheduled
Drive the process of content development from authoring, engineering review, editing updates to release
Support the pre-sale activities and proposals

College degree or above
Automotive Service/Maintenance is preferred
3+ years’ experience within the automotive aftersales service industry (or Workshop Service technician)
Service manual/Diagnostics/User Manual/Parts catalog development experience is preferred
Familiar with some of the XML editors/illustration tools/CMS and Authoring software
Expert in developing structured and reusable content using XML/DITA/S1000D is preferred
High-level English language skills (CET-4 and above) and 1 year+ working experience using English as the working language
Proactive communication both within the project team internally and with the client externally
Work independently with minimal supervision
Process and quality oriented in the daily work
