Lead end-to-end procurement projects across indirect spend categories in the DACH region
Deliver measurable cost savings and EBITDA improvements
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with group-wide objectives
Run structured RFQs, tenders, and supplier negotiations
Conduct data-driven spend and cost analyses to identify optimization opportunities
Build and maintain strong, strategic supplier relationships
Prepare clear business cases and present recommendations to regional management
Ensure structured handover of contracts and savings initiatives to Operations and Finance after signature
Collaborate closely with global procurement colleagues and functional stakeholders

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable field
5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, consulting, or a commercial role
Solid experience managing RFQs, tenders, and negotiations independently
Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
Proven ability to prioritize effectively and focus on value creation
Confident communicator, able to present complex topics clearly and concisely
Fluency in German and English
Comfortable working in an international, matrix-driven organization
Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented working style
