About this role
Role Overview
Independently manage a personal sales pipeline from lead generation through contract closing
Build the pipeline as the primary point of contact for prospective customers using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach
Meet individual monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to funnel management and deal closures
Independently plan, direct and prioritize all sales activities to ensure a healthy pipeline
Actively contribute to optimizing acquisition processes (e.g., data mining, CRM structures, marketing initiatives)
Participate in strategic initiatives and product development to secure a competitive market position
Requirements
Professional experience in B2C sales, ideally in telesales or a sales-related environment
Proven sales talent with strong commercial acumen
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Experience in cold calling and in managing complete sales processes through to closing
Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, or telecommunications is an advantage but not required
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong team orientation
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable ability to deliver results and set priorities in a dynamic, performance-driven environment
Respectful interaction with colleagues and a professional appearance
German: business fluent; English: conversational
