Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end (lead → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing)
Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closings
Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts
Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes
Support strategic initiatives and market development activities in France
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
