Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and operational excellence of regulatory and product data within the enterprise Data Hub.
Partner closely with Regulatory Affairs, IT, Syndication, and Master Data teams.
Triage incoming CQ and ServiceNow tickets to determine applicability to the Data Hub.
Assign tickets to self or team members and manage completion within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Review, analyze, and resolve data-related issues.
Lead and execute large-scale Data Hub mass upload initiatives.
Define project scope, timelines, and data requirements.
Action regulatory requests to add, update, or correct Data Hub records through formal ticketing workflows.
Partner with IT to review upcoming Data Hub releases.
Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members to review workload.
Support data quality, governance, and compliance efforts aligned with Quality and Regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, information systems, data management, engineering, life sciences, or a related field
4 years of experience in data operations, data governance, master data management, regulatory data, or a comparable data-focused role
3 years experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, CQ) and managing work against SLAs
Experience supporting regulatory data systems such as Regulatory Intelligence Management, EUDAMED, or similar healthcare compliance platforms.
Experience leading or coordinating mass data upload or remediation projects.
Strong understanding of data quality principles, governance frameworks, and controlled data environments.
Experience writing or executing system test scripts and supporting UAT activities.
Familiarity with product master data, SKU lifecycle management, or eCommerce syndication processes.
Demonstrated ability to mentor or train team members in systems and processes.
