Deliver planning and engineering inputs across multimodal corridor, public transport and state highway projects
Prepare investment cases, options analysis, and reporting that is illustrative in nature but evidence-based
Contribute to multimodal design development: corridor layouts, cross-sections, intersection modelling inputs, bus, walk and cycle and freight user analysis
Work directly with clients (AT, NZTA, councils) on project workshops, presentations and technical discussions
Support urban integration and movement/placemaking assessments on major programmes
Collaborate with internal specialists across safety, modelling, urban design, and engineering disciplines
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in transport planning and/or transport engineering
Strong technical capability in data and analytics, transport assessments and/or investment case development
Experience working on multimodal or public transport projects in New Zealand (or similar contexts internationally)
Ability to work in complex stakeholder environments and communicate clearly
Genuine passion for the transport sector and for shaping people-centred, movement-led places
