Role Overview

• Support IT efficiency in systems and infrastructure operations
• Design, configure, administer, maintain, upgrade and test business solutions
• Analyze and diagnose complex issues related to IT deliveries and infrastructure operations
• Provide opinions and recommend solutions to improve standards and policies
• Propose implementation plans and actively help establish a quality assurance strategy
• Coordinate planning, design, and execution of projects and initiatives
• Interact with stakeholders and serve as a resource person

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience
