Overall responsibility for project controlling and financial management during the construction of one of Germany's largest data centers
Preparation and monitoring of cost planning for complex construction projects
Planning and tracking project cash flow to ensure project financing
Financial controlling of project companies and support for corporate controlling (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Preparation and commentary on monthly and quarterly reporting for projects and project companies
Holistic planning for project companies and development of cross-departmental business cases
Further development of tools and processes in project controlling
Conducting detailed financial analyses and preparing management presentations
Close collaboration with Construction, Treasury, Sales, Operations and other departments

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field
Several years of professional experience in project controlling, ideally in the construction or real estate sector
Experience in corporate controlling
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and tools such as COOR and LucaNet is a plus
Fluent German and English
