Coordinate the work of the Governance Frameworks Committee, from multi-year planning through to decision follow-up.
Serve as committee secretary, ensuring rigor, document quality, and adherence to timelines.
Manage the full lifecycle of internal frameworks: creation, review, approval, distribution, and retirement.
Advise framework owners and managers to ensure consistency, accessibility, and compliance.
Maintain central governance tools (registers, indicators, manuals).
Recommend practical improvements to processes, templates, and practices.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to strengthen governance and compliance culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in corporate governance or governance framework management.
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
Strong ability to draft governance documents.
Deep knowledge of corporate governance principles.
Familiarity with Crown corporations (an asset).
