Role Overview
- Define and implement automation strategy across UI, API, data, and integration testing
- Design and develop scalable, reusable automation frameworks
- Lead end-to-end automation implementation across client engagements
- Drive parallel execution, performance optimization, and stability of test suites
- Build reusable automation accelerators, libraries, and utilities
- Mentor and guide junior automation engineers and testers
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Automation Testing
- Strong experience in test automation frameworks (UI & API)
- Hands-on with tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, Requests
- Programming skills in Java / JavaScript / Python
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with AWS services such as Compute, storage, and serverless architectures
- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
