Lead end-to-end implementation of the platform for leading online retailers, working with customers to gather and analyse business, technical, and data requirements, and supporting solution design including data models, integrations, and API usage.
Guide customers through onboarding, testing, and go-live phases, ensuring smooth platform adoption and producing clear client-facing and internal technical documentation throughout.
Provide day-to-day technical consulting and support post go-live, assisting customers with platform configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements.
Support customers in evolving their use of the platform by implementing technical enhancements and providing guidance on platform capabilities, data structures, integrations, and best practices.
Drive optimisation initiatives by applying technical knowledge to address evolving customer needs and improve platform performance.
Deliver training and enablement sessions to both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring teams are equipped to maximise platform value.
Maintain strong, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across all phases of implementation and ongoing engagement.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure successful delivery and continued platform adoption.
Requirements
Digital or Technical Consulting experience within a SaaS or eCommerce environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with structured data formats such as XML, CSV, or JSON.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS architectures.
Experience working with technical integrations, scripting, development environments, or DevOps practices.
Understanding of how technical configuration and optimisation of digital platforms can drive improvements in key business KPIs.
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Fluent in English, professional proficiency in either French or German preferred.
