About this role

Acquisition and winning of construction contracts for innovative timber construction projects in multi-storey residential buildings, hotels, offices, schools and daycare centers
Leadership and management of the proposal team composed of estimators, architects and specialist engineers
Preparation of tailored proposals and negotiation of construction contracts for private and public clients through to contract conclusion

Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, timber construction, architecture or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in planning, construction execution, estimating or sales — ideally in timber construction, modular construction or turnkey construction
A customer-focused approach combined with technical expertise
Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills and a passion for networking complete your profile
